On July 23, 2025, Insight Technology Campus had the honour of conducting a Leadership and Values Training session for the prefects of Al Azhar College, Hemmathagama.

Facilitated by one of our passionate trainers Mr. MHM Nawas, the session was designed to build a balanced temperament, strengthen communication skills, and foster team spirit through interactive engagement. Rooted in values like respect, integrity, fairness, compassion, humility, accountability, resilience, perseverance, team spirit, and patriotism — the training aimed to develop young leaders with both character and competence.

It was a meaningful step toward shaping responsible and value-driven individuals who can lead with clarity and confidence.
